Prosciutto Arugula Burrata Pizza



Indulge in the irresistible combination of prosciutto, creamy burrata cheese, and peppery arugula on a crispy pizza crust. This Prosciutto Arugula Burrata Pizza is a delightful blend of flavors that will make your taste buds sing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 burrata cheese ball
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 475F 245C

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned

While the pizza is baking, heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat

Add minced garlic and saut for about 1 minute until fragrant

Remove from heat

Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle the garlic-infused olive oil over the hot crust

Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute them evenly over the pizza

Arrange the slices of prosciutto on top of the pizza

In a mixing bowl, toss the fresh arugula with a pinch of salt and pepper

Place the dressed arugula on the pizza

Garnish the pizza with fresh basil leaves
