Strawberries Wild Smoothie

My husband and I are crazy about Jamba Juice's Strawberries Wild Smoothie. This can get a bit pricey so I went on a hunt to find out how to make it at home. The recipe looks and tastes almost exact and it is extremely simple to make!

Strawberries Wild Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup apple juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen banana, about 1/2 a banana
1/2 cup non fat vanilla frozen yogurt

DIRECTIONS
In a blender add the apple juice, strawberries, banana, and frozen yogurt. Blend on high until smooth. If necessary, stop the blender and stir the mixture. Continue to blend on high until smooth. If still too thick add a little more juice.

Makes 1 16 ounce smoothie.
353 calories, 1g fat, 5g protein, 86g carbs, 7g fiber, 58mg sodium, 65g sugar
