I've been trying to eat more spinach and berries to help me have a healthy pregnancy. I found this smoothie recipe that actually tastes decent but is packed with nutrients!



Blueberry Spinach Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup water
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt

DIRECTIONS
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
