2 Egg whites 1 dash salt ¼ t. vanilla 2/3 c. sugar 1 ½ c. sweetened flaked coconut
1. Preheat oven to 325` 2. Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla until soft peaks form. 3. Gradually add sugar, beating until very stiff and glossy. 4. Fold in coconut 5. Drop by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake at 325` for about 20 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
